Updated Laptop Motherboard Guide With New Changes And More Replacement Part Numbers

Hello again to all fellow laptop motherboard users! I've spent the past few days updating my site Laptop Motherboard Guide with a couple of new changes and more motherboard replacement part numbers. I just spent the past couple of hours verifying part numbers and compatibility of my posts.

I came across a really good book called "Upgrading and Repairing Laptops" which basically goes over everything you ever wanted you know about laptop motherboards and just laptop computers in general. It doesn't matter if your a beginner or professional, in my opinion I find you will enjoy and get alot of useful information from "Upgrading and Repairing Laptops"

I'm honestly having a great time helping everyone out with any laptop motherboard related question but not sure how to go about adding the most requested laptops motherboards first based on readers request.

I would love to hear any opinions and/or suggestions (especially those who are more familiar with laptop parts and motherboards). Also if there's a suggestion on anything whatsoever... I would greatly appreciate all the help and sharp eyes from anyone.

If you are have trouble with your laptop motherboard or need professional advice, I advise you talk to a online certified technician who could assist you better. One example would be (I do not provide this service nor is it completed by myself):

Please let me know your comments and Thanks In Advance.

  14. Hi

I need to replace the motherboard of my Asus Fs3 laptop (part# 08G23FV0020G). It is currently out of warranty and I’ve been quoted $500-$700 for the new motherboard and $200 installation fee. Can I source the motherboard from another supplier for a lot cheaper? Or should I just purchase a new laptop? The last thing I want to happen is for my laptop to have more problems and needing more repairs, which will end up costing more than purchasing a new laptop. Thanks for you help. Tia

  15. Hi Tia
this is Sally from China, how can i buy from you??

  16. Hey, please help me – actually 5-6 days ago I opened my laptop and it turned on but the screen was black as nothing was coming up but I could hear the laptop on. I was really upset as it was.

After showing my sis the laptop along with bringing it to the repair shop and somebody said the motherboard needs repairing from overheating. I see that some say u should just buy a new computer but I can’t afford a new one. Plz help my laptop which is a Dell Inspiron and before opening it to a blank screen, it was on the charger and was not shut down. Can anyone help me?
